Rating the Fremont location here - Overall, our drinks were fine. The servers were friendly enough. I'm giving this location a 3.5 to 4 star review bc the music was so loud, and along with the blenders going on, the servers got our drinks all wrong bc they couldn't hear us. I ordered jasmine tea with boba and aloe topping without sugar and ice.very quick and cashier was good.But tea was too bitter. It’s taste like too much brewing.I love boba tea and always without sugar and ice if I can choose. I believe come again but hope next time no too bitter tea.

We ordered the D11 Okinawa fresh milk with boba and D13 okinawa roasted tea with boba: its an ok but not my favorite, both taste the same in my opinion. Also had the regular waffle which is the best in this place and the calamari but so dry and feel like it needs a sauce.
The place lacks customer service, staff are sitting on the side using laptop...
