MUST TRY!! You won’t regret. This spot is the most authentic I’ve tried in the Bay Area. It’s that good. I was here in the area for work and tried this spot once I had to go back. The carne asada plate is delicious. The lengua (tongue) is bomb!! It’s one of the best I’ve tried in my life. No joke. Probably top 3 ever. New favorite local taqueria!! They give TONS of meat on the tacos and the Al Pastor has pineapple chunks! You know that's legit. Also, on Tuesdays, they have $1 tacos! I heard there's also a deal on their burritos on Wednesdays, but I didn't catch the prices. Deal or no deal, we're definitely coming back here for our Mexican food cravings.

I was craving authentic tacos and didn't realize it until I explored Yelp how many taco stands are in Newark. Naturally, I started with the shot that had the most reviews.We ordered beef tongue, steak, bbq pork. There are a few chairs and tables, but not a place for big crowds.Small parking lot.
