We usually visit Santa Clara Peacock for lunch during weekends. But after we moved to Fremont, we observed that Fremont peacock has much more variety of items for lunch buffet. All items are good and tasty. Tandoori chicken is especially ultra tasty. I didnt like Chicken biryani though. Moderate prices.
Buffet was great. Special mention of the rasam/soup, starters. The non veg starters had mixed reviews. Most of the veg food was great. Mutton biryani was delicious but the chicken dum was a little dry . Overall a delicious buffet!

So..Yes I agree this restaurant degraded the quality before a year. I have stopped going there..But after renovation and changed management, the food quality and service they provides today is extraordinary. Biryani, malai kofta, baghara baigan are my all time favorite. Spice level is good and everytime the taste is always authentic.The bakery is also so good.
