It wasn't the best pizza, it wasn't the worst pizza either. It very much tastes just like its name, pieology. Unfortunately, making pizza is more of an art form than a science. The pizza was well enough cooked, with all the toppings that I liked, but it just didn't seem to have any real flavor behind it. Couldn't put my finger on exactly what it was, but it just didn't feel like anyone had to put him to love into it.

Pizza has come a long way from where it was a couple decades ago in America; and places like Pieology have a big hand in that evolution.Instead of the standard marinara sauce and limited topping choices, they offer a choice of many different sauces and crusts (including gluten free) the buffet of toppings is fresh and healthful. While I love their thick crusts - each bite a mouthful, my teenager loves their thin crust for its crunch.Among all the Pizzas I have tasted in my life...

Overall the experience was fine. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had a build your own pizza and they didn't skimp on any of the toppings. I also ordered the cheesy garlic bread and the staff member that assisted me listed options I would've otherwise missed. Good service. Food is ok, would probably pass on the cheesy bread the next time.
