I recently visited Rameshwaram Cafe in Fremont, California, and it was an outstanding South Indian dining experience. As someone who truly appreciates authentic dosa and traditional South Indian flavors, I can confidently say this is one of the best places for dosa in the Bay Area.

Thatte idli and benne dosa were good
We ordered a ghee dosa for pickup. We ran a few errands and picked up the food in about 30 minutes. The person who helped us with the order told us that the order was ready long ago and the dosa would have become cold as we arrived late. He made another ghee dosa and gave us both. Exemplary customer service. Such a wonderful gesture!!
