I really enjoyed the coffee cake squares!

1 year ago, they were great. With growing actions, they're getting worse. I have a Simply Bread Oven, and thinking to order second one. And 1 month ago, I ordered a slicer. They mentioned me a shipping date and I asked to move it 1 week because of my travel plans. Before I back to home, I let them know to ship my product. received the 8k oven missing a bracket. call me crazy, but when i buy an oven, it should be shipped complete, especially one at that price. I then had to install it. okay fine, things happen. then to using it. the knobs weren't working correctly. turning it up any faster than a click at a time actually caused the temperature to lower. called customer service, not very helpful (but friendly). every step took a week. update the firmware, that might fix it. nope. okay, now take...read full review
