I'm a big fan of the popcorn chicken at T4 in Hayward. I saw this T4 and decided to try their popcorn chicken. The breading is different, almost like a tempura or Popeyes chicken. It was also fairy oily. But their drinks are good and the service is good as well. I'll stick to the drinks at this T4.

I love coming here with friends ! It's a good relaxed place to grab a snack and some boba. They have a good special for the evening.Highliy recommend the popcorn chicken and bubble waffles here. The portions are generous.

Out of all the the boba places in this area I always come here because they have SOY MILK as a nondairy option. The toppings are always generous. And their fried squid and fried bun with condense milk are the best.
