Food has gotten worse than before, and it got pretty oily. The boss lady is always there, and she is somewhat friendly; the location was convenient. Our favorite dishes were their chicken thigh bento, and also, I used to love their seafood udon (but that's also getting a bit too greasy).
I visited here today. The food were was honestly pretty descent, but I am willing to give them some slack, as they have been robbed about three times and it's Covid. As for the drinks, the black tea was meh, but the milk tea was really good. Overall, it was a good experience.

Food is a bit bland. More like homemade food I'll say. It's not too oily too. I guess it's good if you wanna eat it daily but if considering it as takeout.. it won't be a good place to bring your friends.
