KEDU.... I went in for meat pie and buy cooking supplies. Unfortunately meat pies were so popular I was not able to enjoy. The staff is very nice. I will go back for palm wine asap.... imela.
I was for over two years wanting to try authentic African cuisine and we found this wonderful spot. The food was absolutely incredible. The flavor from the ugusi with goat and fufu was unbelievable. Everything was delicious the atmosphere was genuine and the chef she showed so much love in her food. The man who took care of us was inviting and answered all our questions without hesitation. I had seen mixed reviews and was a little hesitant to try Triumph, but I’m so glad I didn’t let that stop me. I ordered the egusi soup with fufu, and it was easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.
The egusi was incredibly flavorful - deep, rich, and layered in a way I wasn’t expecting. I’ve always heard people describe egusi as mainly nutty/earthy, and while that note is there, it wasn’t the main flavor...read full review
