Great flavors that constantly rotate every month on the first thursday. They close the first monday of every month too though. I tried the honeycomb flavor in the waffle cone which was great. You could see real bits of honeycomb which added some texture to the ice cream. The blend was also well balanced with a slight saltiness. The ice cream is good. I've only tried a few flavors. But the scoops are so small for the cost. It is about ½c size for about $4. Come on. That's crazy.I wouldn't go all the time.The place is small I some so not a lot of seating. Even if the line is long it goes pretty quick.

The ice cream was pretty good. But the awkward and quiet young gay guy seemed annoyed that we didn't immediately know what we wanted as soon as we walked through the door. It's a small shop, not a fast food chain give us a second. My dad or I didn't care, but he made my fiancée and stepmom feel bad and rushed, all they wanted to do was ask about the flavors and suggestions of what was good. The dude was much more interested in scooping and pushing you out the door. We shouldn't have to accommodate the employee of a place. The overall atmosphere was cold and not welcoming. The price is quite high, rather just not eat ice cream.

We have an Ampersand in Clovis! Actually, it has been a little over a year since they opened but I just learned about this newest Ampersand Ice Cream location. And it is about time they made their way east towards county lines.Expect the same great ice cream - the best in town - and the same great service at this location.The January flavors of the month sound incredibly delicious. I am a big fan of the Salted Coffee. Some people may not realize a dash of salt to coffee beans can help negate its bitterness, enhance the aroma, and make coffee taste a little sweeter. It tastes as good as it sounds. I noticed some of the other flavors, including more traditional ones that more frequently return as part of the monthly rotation of flavors do not look as colorful as I am accustomed to seeing. This is because Ampersand uses only natural ingredients and avoids the use of food dyes to make all their amazing ice cream flavors. Another reason why they are the best and there is no reason to go anywhere else in Fresno or Clovis if you are in search of premium ice cream and a myriad of new, unique flavors.

Great ice cream and selection. I had the whisky Carmel and mint chip cone. The ice cream was very good. On my visit at 9 at night on a cold evening had a long line of patrons. Even with the long line it was fast to get a few tastings and make my selection. The service was fast and efficient. A definite place to to go!

I have been coming here for the past year but have finally made time to write a review after coming here for 12 consecutive months. I always look forward to trying their monthly favors with their "flight" option as it lets my indecisive self choose up to 4 flavors. The flavors that stay the same are always good too. My favorite is the strawberries and cream especially when made into a milkshake. The price is up there however if you enjoy the quality then there is no complaining. After getting the December flavors I finally tried something new and got their float option which is pretty much a root beer float. What led me to getting this was seeing someone else before me order it. They have three soda options:- root beer - crème soda - orange soda I went for the orange soda with one scoop of vanilla and one scoop of strawberry. I was skeptical of strawberry but the worker recommended it and I'm always accepting of recommendations. And let me tell you, it was amazing. The next time I visit I am going to be conflicted between a float, flight, and milkshake but every one of these items are great And don't even get me started on the in-house made waffle cones, especially when they are made fresh. The workers here are also super nice and are willing to give you as many samples as you would like. The space is kinda tight and small but the outdoor seating makes up for that.
