We've gone to many Applebee's but this was our first time at this location. The service here was incredibly fast from start to finish. Kelsey was our waitress and wow; she was so punctual and the food came out so fast and fresh! We might forgo other locations and have this become our main one. Highly recommend ?

Arrived at 11:35on a weekday. The place was empty..a group of three walked in just ahead of us, and were told it would be a few minutes before they were seated. Hostess took our name and told us it would be 10/15 minutes. We could only see 3 occupied tables..maybe there was a banquet, or there were no servers, but the place was a Ghost Town. We waited several minutes, never saw any wait staff, and left. Would have let it go, but it was the second time in a month we attempted lunch, with the same result.

Food ordered to go. The rybeye was ordered medium and arrived well done. One of the sides was ordered Mac and cheese and arrived penne pasta with the typical fake melted cheddar cheese. And in addition, the ice cream arrived completely melted and the brownie as hard as a rock! Awful experience.

Enjoyed a fantastic night with great friends. We enjoyed all you can eat plates for $14.99 and Tipsy Cupid drinks. Food was hot and plentiful. Service was excellent. Busy busy location, felt a bit cramped but overall not a bad experience at all.Wheelchair accessibility: They are accommodating

A couple weeks ago I ate here, food was decent friendly staff. The problem is that I got food poisoning the even bigger problem is that the representative that reached out to my basically called to defend Applebee's, give me an insulting lesson on how food poisoning works and that it was most likely from from somewhere else. I had to interrupt him to inform him that I am POSITIVE it was this establishment because the TYPE OF FOOD POISONING I HAD. When you get it from seafood the symptoms present differently and yes it's more severe, I had educate him. I had to go to the hospital, so it's documented BTW. I had to ask this rep what the purpose of his call was because up till this point I hadn't received an apology until I stopped him from talking and asked why he called cuz the call seemed to be to tell me " it wasn't us" . This man then offers me a gift card as if I ever want to eat there again. I at least deserve MY MONEY BACK. this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered and I can't believe this guy looks over multiple stores. I feel bad for his GMs. I worked in the food industry, my ex husband was the GM of many hospitality brands so I know how this is supposed to go. Why make this ordeal so much worse for me? I was already puking for 2 DAYS AND YOU CALL YO TELL ME. EH, IT WASNT US WANT A GIFT CARD!!. I am a single.mother to a special needs child. I get out one day a week, and this is what happened like people had to call into work and loose money because I was sick and Applebee's refuses to give me money back. Pathetic .

Didn’t received the right order. And the delivery driver was going to the wrong place. I went outside to catch the lady before she went to the wrong apartment. When I opened the bag, it was the wrong item. I tried calling her and she didn’t answer.
It was a busy Friday night, but overall service was great. The food was delicious. And our drinks were on point!

The restaurant is completely empty. Everyone that walks in was made to wait 10 to 15 minutes. We ended up leaving after waiting to be seated for 30 minutes. Make no sense when it was empty. Very poor service..will not be back .

It was the first time I've been to the location off of Friant in Fresno California and I had to say the service was exceptional over the top the waitress was quite busy but she was there anytime we needed anything I was so pleased with our service we went back the next
