“First time here, so looking for what they had on the menu. My spouse can't see well and read what's on the wall, and they had no printed menus. Typically that would make me drop a few stars. However, the young lady behind the counter saw what was going on and approached my spouse with a question and answer conversation, waking her through what she would like and matching it to what they have. She was very patient and helped her make choices and order. Very sweet and helpful.“

“I go there with my parents about once a month. My parents enjoy the bagel breakfast sandwiches. Dine in can get a little tight.
Tried the new Spicy Jack today. It was just the right amount of spicy. As always, I am very pleased with the food.“

“So I've been going to this uncle Harry's since I moved to fresno to attend fresno state in 2003... and they have always been awesome..but there's a new manager stephanie... who is awesome. She greets evey single person that comes in, she continues to offer the self serve Kiosk ( no wait) as she works down the line , and yet acknowledges customers and ensures " she will be right with you as soon as possible we appreciate your patience"
The customers love her, she's a people person and she makes u feel wanted. I don't care how long the lines are i still come since everyone here is no damn nice.

“If you want a nice and tasty bagel resp. bagel breakfast sandwich: This is the place! It’s similar to “In-n-out-Burger”: You gotta wait for your order, but then you can tell: It has been freshly made just for you! Super tasty and delicious!“

“I got the maplehouse egg sandwich. It was MUCH less impressive in my hand than in the picture. More disappointing than usual. It appears to be dripping with maple in the image on the menu. Mine was served without. Service was mediocre. I got about $7 worth of food for over $10.“
