Arrived about half an hour before closing, and the employees were incredibly friendly. They patiently waited while we placed our order and even hand-delivered our bagels to us. The shop was also clean, spacious, and welcoming. Great service and a wonderful experience.

I requested to pre slice my bagels for my online order yesterday. When we opened the box bagels were not sliced and we had no knife at my work. I was little disappointed.
