Several cream choices in the freezer had melted and been refrozen. They don't take payment from the Baskins Robbins phone app which is where I had loaded my gift card to. Employee had no idea why payment was not working. Every embarrassing experience. Tried to resolve problem the next day with manager who was not helpful at all.
Love this place but the girls are rude af !! And rather stand around and talk to friends then help customers.....
Wont be coming back to this one...
