Rude and confsuing service!!! I got new phone a week ago and new SIM card and phone number yesterday. I called the place yesterday and talked to a nice man named i think Izzy. I follow up today and this lady answers and calls me something but I did no hear her, and then she said she know my number but how could she know when I got it yesterday??? I was trying to talk to the man yesterday, because I needed to ask if they had bigger cake and more serving because my son is bring more friend to his birthday in a couple day, but she not let me. I am going to call back later to get her name so I can give a more proper complaint and I also edit this when I find her name.

(Happened earlier this week, decided to post a review today) Outlandishly displeased; for starters, I never leave reviews, I’ve never even really thought to. Reason being is that usually things are fine with employees and whatever else at places I go to so I am very surprised that Basken Robbins - a place where I go somewhat often - is the one to make me leave a review. This worker named Kay was being quite rude and impatient with me when I was taking my time choosing while practically no one else was there. She even went as far as to sigh and start tapping on the counter with her finger and then when I proceeded to actually order, it seemed she went purposefully slow and after doing the first scoop acted confused like she was trying to decide what my second scoop’s flavour was and it wasn’t like I could be assuming these things and she’s just forgetful and slow at scooping because I’ve been there before and have seen her normally do it all and not to mention it was blatantly obvious she was doing it out of petty. Realistically how petty can someone be when they are getting paid to be there and paid to serve all customers even ones like me who sometimes don’t know what they want or take their time with choosing (which I only did because one other person was in the place sitting down and eating). What a distasteful event that took place, thanks Basken Robbins for being a good company, but that short purple hair girl was very very unprofessional and immature for that. I’ve seen her much more acceptable service on past days.

Izzy was really nice but his co worker that is a girl is always very rude and never seems to be helping . I really like this place and every other worker is kind and welcoming but this short girl is always bothered and rude for no reason. I asked about price of double scoop and she didn’t respond either or let Izzy tell me the price and pointed to the screen. This is only not this time that this girl is behaving like this . It’s been many times that’s the reason I am commenting this time . I hope it will get better next time. Learn some customer service please thank you.

Wow, the employees here are short tempered. I apologized for any confusion, but that appears to have made the man behind the counter even angrier. I won't return here. I dont take pleasure in this poor review. This experience has saddened me.

My family and I went in on the 25th of August there were two employees working Andre and Kay. They greeted us as soon as we walked through the door Kay helped us she was really nice she offered us different samples and choices. They worked together to get the rush out in a timely manner. they continued to greet and thank all the customers walking in and out the store these two young adults worked together the whole time and showed the true meaning of team work great job.

Even though more customers arrived she kept calm she offered my daughter who could not make up her mind samples and different flavor choices. She greeted everyone who walked in and thanked everyone who walked out she remained calm the whole time and kept a smile on her face she truly made our visit a delightful experience and we will definitely be going back.

Went in the evening and it was not too busy, a few other patrons were there. Staff was very patient and kind in letting us try samples and definitely got my money's worth for the regular 4 oz. size! I chose the flavor of the month, "Beach Day" and it was delicious!
Kid-friendliness: Clean atmosphere, smaller sizes for the little ones, samples are okay to ask for!
Horrible service, I was there with my family and one of the girls had horrible service she was all pissed while serving us and treated us so wrong, not a family place at all! Rather go somewhere else

Open as of March 2024! We’re happy to have a Baskin Robbins in the area. It has a nice modern look and is very clean. Decent space with lots of seating.
