What's not to love about the Berrock shop, they've been a fresno staple for decades. The best western burger ive ever had. Their house made buns are insanely delicious, their berrocks are always great, their chicken pot pies are delicious and another great spot for a yummy pastrami sandwich

I had the french dip. It was basic but had good flavor. The berrock was good. Very authentic. Good price overall. Three of us ate for $45. Which is pretty good in the current economy.

I don't know how anyone could give this place any negative reviews. It. Is. Amazing!!!! I have tried about 50% of the menu and absolutely love everything. This is also my mother's favorite place to go. Everything is homemade and fresh. I don't understand why there can't be more places like this in town. I wish this place was closer to where I live. I drive 30 minutes just to get here. Will keep coming here until the end of my life!!!!!

I'm a newer customer...just a few months now. I order from here 3 maybe 4 times a week! Why you may ask? You see this is homemade honest no BS food. The salads are one of my go to's. Exceptional (more cucumbers and tomatoes please!)...fresh, crispy and filling. Broccoli, pasta and macaroni salad very good. Those little pies. I try not to look at them when I walk in, as soon as I pull they start calling my name! And of course the Beerocks, perfect for the drive home! But you know I eat out per se 7 days a week, never even used my stove! There're are many places in town for me to purchase great eats...Why here? The counter ladies, the chefs all have a very welcoming attitude. Having in the past being in the restaurant biz for 25 years myself with multiple locations this overall positive attitude is rare to cultivate. They have a very good process in place that leads to quality, consistency and speed. One observation I will share is that the pricing is not where it should be, a 20% increase over the next 18 months is what needs to happen. Ok maybe two observations! Change is good...remember it's 2025 not 1978. Anytime you want to talk I'm available.

We got burgers, way too greasy, and had stomach issues for a couple of days. A few hours after eating I had runs for 24 hours. Fries were way too greasy, had no salt, and were undercooked.
If anything the homemade chicken pot pie was better then the ones you can get frozen in stores.

I got the ham and cheese breakfast Berrock and I gotta say, after having the Mexican one, the ham and cheese is kinda skimpy on the filling and a bit flavorless, but that's my fault for ordering wrong! Still a lovely local shop.
