I rarely have birria outside my home, just because birria is a dish that can be made in so many different ways based on what part of Mexico your family is from. So I'm picky with it to say the least. THIS was delicious. I tried the quesabirrias and portions are large and packed with meat. The consume is so delicious I wanted to ask for seconds.
