I used to love this place , but the most recent times I’ve gone my blended thai teas are terrible it taste watered down and they put way more cream than usual , so I decided to switch it up and get a mango smoothie and personally I think it tasted like blended apple sauce it just wasn’t good to me also the spring rolls are ok the dipping peanut sauce in my opinion is not good I think they add something to it and it makes it too watery . Overall service has never been bad I just think that after 5 consistent times of ordering a my Thai and having to throw it away is a sign maybe the person isn’t making it right or the recipe changed ? Idk

This is the most delicious amongst the boba shops that i've tried here in Fresno. Aside from their very polite staff, their combination Pho is also very delicious. One needs to try to experience the taste. Good job!

Ugh this place is amazing! The aesthetic of this boba shop is so cute and detailed. You can tell there was a lot of effort put into the decorations. The boba is delicious and a great price. Plus all the menu options are so creative ?

My husband and I came tonight for dinner. The spring rolls were okay, nothing to write home about. We have had them elsewhere where they had a lot more variety in them. The only thing in them were noodles, shrimp and lettuce. The sauce was really good so that helped. The noodle bowl was okay. Pork and shrimp were really good. Lots of noodles!!! The one thing that got me was when I went to pay they never gave me a bill. She rang it up and the total seamed a lot. When she handed me the receipt they charged me for two of the dinners my husband ordered. We were the only ones in the restaurant the whole time we were there. How can you not notice three dinners being charged for two people? That should have been caught. I hate to see if they do get busy. He made it right and gave me cash back. Also be aware they charge for no cash payments. Had they told me that I would have paid cash. She said nothing about the extra charge. Sorry you guys lost our business.
Went there for lunch the other day and ordered a grilled pork bahn mi and egg rolls. Both were really good. This place is sort of two establishments in one. There's a boba shop and a food place. Different menus, different counters, even two different doors. They seemed to struggle a bit with a large group. We only saw one person working. I'll definitely be back.

I did not care for my specialty milk tea. I expected strawberry flavor, but I didn't taste any at all. My friend did enjoy their sandwich a lot, but also did not care much for their specialty drink.

Pleasantly surprised that their drink prices went down about $1 each. I usually ask for my drinks with less cream, otherwise it's about a 50/50 cream to tea ratio.

Super excited about Boba house express & their pho life Kitchen! I Had the coconut smoothie with boba yesterday & it’s amazing! You could taste the freshness of the coconut & the smoothie was blended & balanced perfectly. Not too sweet & creamy! Trying a tea this time on my way out from having their amazing Pho for dinner! It’s a must try if you’re on this end of town!

Price is a lil on the high side but the portion is very filling, I ordered pho tai and I'm always full for hours after... not to mention the broth is very tasty and the meat has just enough fat on it to be enjoyable!
