Ordered beef laab, innard soup, roasted red pork, chicken chow fun, kao piek, and eggrolls. Everything was so delish!! Laab was perfection and I’m picky on that :) I will definitely return to try other dishes
The food was good and fresh and the teas ice tried so far were all yummy. I will be eating there again.

Boba House Express and Blossom is a Vietnamese restaurant under new management. The food is the real star here, with bold, authentic flavors. The Lao food is authentic. Highlights include the Thai Boat Noodle, with a broth that is incredibly rich and flavorful, paired with high-quality, tender meat cuts. The Larb is a standout, perfectly seasoned, fresh, and actually juicy. The Papaya Salad hits all the right notes, balanced with an authentic kick. The Bitter Inner Soup is spot on with a deep, traditional flavor. The pho is pretty good. The Pad Kra Pao is amazing with plentiful flavor. The pad Thai with chicken is flavorful and good, and the Vietnamese sausage with sticky rice is simple but so good. The fried wontons are good. Service is really good, attentive, and friendly. The workers are sweet and the environment is nice and chill.
