Took our order waited a couple minutes for them to handle it to someone else.All sodas were flat no gas only lemonade and orange,got our hamburgers and the buns were cold and meat not cooked all the way won’t be coming to this place again not worth the amount of money I paid!!

Went to Burger King because my kids were hungry & it close to where we were at. The lady at the drive thru speaker was nice & understanding (little ones who can’t make up their minds). Got to the window & they took our card to pay, gave it back & told us to park up front. Interesting but ok. Wasn’t too long before she was walking out with our food. Kids were hungry so I pulled out their whopper Jrs & could not stop laughing. (See picture in comparison to my husbands hand) the size was so disappointing I could not stop laughing. When you pay over $50 for 4 meals you expect more than that. Well that shows us we will not be going back.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Burger King, Kangs Canyon, FresnoI recently visited the Burger King located at Kangs Canyon in Fresno and left thoroughly disappointed. The experience was marred by terrible management and lackluster service. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that there were organizational issues that needed addressing.Firstly, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. Tables were dirty, and there were noticeable spills on the floor that hadn't been tended to. It was evident that the staff lacked proper training or motivation to maintain a hygienic environment.Furthermore, the service was incredibly slow, with long wait times despite there being few customers. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent to the customers' needs. Orders were mixed up, and it took multiple attempts to get simple requests right.But perhaps the most concerning aspect was the lack of professionalism from the management. There was an apparent lack of leadership, with no one taking charge to ensure the smooth running of operations. Instead, employees seemed to be left to fend for themselves, resulting in chaos and frustration for both customers and staff alike.Overall, my experience at Burger King, Kangs Canyon, Fresno, was extremely disappointing. The combination of poor cleanliness, slow service, and ineffective management made for a wholly unsatisfactory visit. I would not recommend this location to anyone until significant improvements are made.

I had to wait a few min to get my 2 original chickens, which I prefer because hopefully it means they're making them fresh. The first one was juicy and amazing, the second one was dry and hard to chew. What jerks! We all know BK has lax quality standards next to McD's and this just reinforces that. That second chicken patty must have been sitting around for hours. Gross.
