Love menudo great service always
I have not tried every menudo served in Fresno. But this is the best one I have tried. Very flavorful broth and a nice assortment of tripe chunks. During the week they only serve the red menudo with chile, not the plain menudo. It is not very spicy. The aguas we tried (horchata, tamarindo, and jamaica) were excellent. Generous portions and nice and tangy the way we like them. We also tried the flautas, but they were a bit overcooked. Excellent homemade corn and flour tortillas....read full review
