This burger King is awful! They never put cheese on the whoppers, and then they do this...We went here last week and I ordered a chicken Jr, which is like a buck something, and was charged for a $6 chicken sandwich, but I actually recieved the Chicken Jr. They also forgot another burger I had ordered. So, we go back, the lady is rude and argumentative, then finally says she'll refund the order and re-rung up the correct order to pay the correct price. She did not refund it. Holy hell the customer service is horrible and they gave us the wrong order! The girl at the window talked so fast you couldn’t understand her and she was rude! Way to go management
Went to Burger King today and i had terrible service ! To start it off they would take 1 order at a time and walk off for several minutes . Then employees had no customer service skills , no smiles , no greetings . After I placed my order I did not receive my receipt , I then received my cup for my drink and went to get ice . Then machine was empty. I spent 15-20 minutes in the store and nobody went to put ice in the machine. There was flys all over the place , I could not eat...read full review
