The food is really good. I purchased a $2.99 Big Carl on sale. With the app you can get a free soda with any purchase. The self service soda machine was out of Root beer and other flavors, I went to the counter and they gladly filled my cup from behind the counter. The app didn't work on my phone so I thought there was a problem with my rewards account. Sent several messages to the company and got no response. Eventually tried an older phone and discovered that it's was the app and android 14. My account and the app worked fine on Android 13.

This Carl's shouldn't even called carls...mark my words it will be shutdown just like its Neighbor Denny's....they rip off sooo many people with horrible veggies and skimpy food...no wonder they get robbed all the time and lock ther doors early and put the trash cans behind the doors....do us all a favor in this area and either close door or new management that has ran a Carl's in the past

Why are you serving food like this? You are one of the pricier fast food chains and how do you justify this? I spent $30 on 2 meals. Are your employees careless or do you as the owner not care? The lettuce on my sandwich is brown. How do you miss that when assembling a sandwich?
