I’m a southerner in the Central Valley and Chef Paul’s is a comforting taste of home. The food is fantastic and the staff are very hospitable. Fried green tomatoes, okra, yam, cornbread… . You can’t go wrong.
Good soul food in Fresno's Chinatown. Owner and waitress were very nice and friendly. Lots of folks sharing and having a nice time. Plenty of street parking when we went for lunch on a Friday.
Our family visited Chef Pauls for a very nice and pleasurable dining experience. We were very nicely greeted by Chef Paul and Staff. Our server Marie was informative and very attentive and we had many good menu selections to choose from. We all had a wonderful experience and will definitely return again !!
