I wish I had photographed the floors. It looked like they hadn’t been mopped in a week.
Bought an 8oz BBQ sauce, didn’t get it. Got told I have 7 days to come get one, came back the next day to get one and they made me pay for it again LOL. Also, the girl outside the window handing the food was very disrespectful and had a poor attitude. I usually love going to chick-fil-a because people have been nice but someone must of had a bad day this day. Still no excuse to be snobby to customers. They need to do something about the policy when they forget your food. You don’t have time to check your bag because they are rushing you through the line you get all the way home and somethings missing. The best suggestion they can offer when you call to let them know,” of course come on back if you can’t make it in you have 7 days to pick up what we forgot to give you just let them know you talked to Larry the manager😡 and sorry we can’t give you a refund”.
