2/17/26 FIRST TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE HERNDON BLACKSTONE COLORADO GRILL RESTAURANT THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETELY AWFUL, THE EMPLOYEES WERE YOUNG AND CHILDISH, THEY SEEMED VERY UNTRAINED BY HOW MUCH LAUGHTER THEY LET OUT; AND THE ATMOSPHERE FELT LIKE A ROWDY BAR. TO MAKE IT SOMEHOW EVEN WORSE THEN WHAT WE JUST WITNESSED WAS A RUDE WHITE FEMALE ZERO RESPECT FOR ANY CUSTOMERS WHO ENTERED. I WONT EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE…. ITHEY NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Now I know why they were Rated Best Burger 🍔! It was delicious, I had the CW (Colorado Western) burger. The price is great as well. If you want a good burger, Awesome service, and great atmosphere, this is the place. And, if you are like us, we don't eat pork, so, they have Turkey bacon for the burgers, which tasted great.
The experience was getting robbed. Don't go there. They closed the Shaw/West store but you can Google, call, order, be forced to pay up front THEN arrive and it's what they call a 'sister' store who will not honor the purchase made. So they kept the money and the food. Buyer beware with this place. I should have known it was shady when they demanded money up front for pickup. No one else does that.
Staff was VERY nice and considerate! I loved how an employee came by the tables to check on customers and even let them know that he would be mopping up in front in case we walked up there.

We had a family lunch here. Great service! Cleaned the table for us. Brought out the food to us. The food was delicious! Biggest shake I've ever had. And thick! Had to use a spoon to enjoy it! The kids meals were the perfect size too. Friendly service. I will say that the outside is not much to look at (in fact it might be a turn off) but don't be scared, go on in & help yourself to the friendly service & delicious food inside!
