A Gem of Thailand is a cozy spot with excellent staff, serving traditional and enjoyable Thai cuisine. The area is nice and it's a lesser-known gem. While the service remains good, prices have increased under new ownership. However, the food quality remains consistent, with standouts like pad sie ew and pad Thai, made with tender noodles, well-prepared tofu, and a perfect balance of flavors.
