I love KFC because I arrived late for a pickup order. And the women at the pickup window reminded me through the app about my order . And they were closing in thirty minutes so they made sure my order was hot and ready. Thank you
I ordered the wings and a two piece crispy with some coleslaw, mash and gravy, and wedges. All my food was great and fresh and the manager EMILY was so kind and ensured my order was correct before handing it to me. I enjoyed the experience and food I received from EMILY’s store and see myself returning again.
Awesome customer service!!! Place was super clean and saw nothing but smiling faces! Love it! Thank you lady’s and gents for being amazing people. I will be back 😊🤝🫡

KFC offers a variety of meals, including the 12 piece meal, with a mix of positive and negative reviews. While one customer found the pricing expensive and had communication issues about it, another praised the helpful staff and fresh food. A third customer appreciated the excellent customer service and was delighted with the new Hot and Spicy wings. Overall, KFC seems to have a mix of experiences but stands out for its friendly service and tasty offerings.
