This place used to be my family's go to sandwich shop. I noticed after the previous staff members left (i was a regular) and they had a whole new team is when things went downhill. The staff here is inexperienced and incompetent. The owner, neglectful. Ordered here for my mom, to wait 45 mins for 2 items, saw the insane # of tickets piling up, then asked for a refund. This cashier then called the owner IN FRONT OF ME asking "how do I issue a refund with card?" I'm like are you kidding me?! Why isn't the owner even here! They left the employees scrambling; with absolutely no leadership. The food is mediocre but the real nightmare is lack of management. I feel bad for the workers who are not trained. No wonder this place has high turnover! This location is not good, other locations are better. RUN. Do not waste your money.

Ordering online you will not get your food at its expected time. I’ve ordered on two separate occasions online for my 30 minute lunch. First time I was told my the worker that my “pick up” time is the time they are expected to start the order; I received my food 25 mins late when I had ordered an hour prior. No other customers inside and the workers have no sense of urgency or care towards the customers and their orders and are more than likely just standing and talking. Very similar experience with my second order, had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my sandwich that took 4 minutes to make because the “printer broke” when my order was confirmed by the store prior to me picking up my order. Very disappointed with the service and recommend any other deli delicious than this location.

Horrible service 2/3 orders were incorrect. I ordered in store the grilled chicken salad usually comes with all the fixings (tomato avocado cucumber pickles onions). Literally got lettuce and chicken that looks 2 days old. I asked to add bacon paid for bacon and got NO BACON. They closed at 6 and I was there at 5:15 it just seemed like the employees didn't care and were annoyed to do their jobs. Will not be returning unfortunately. The fries were not cooked and completely soggy.

The problem is they're always running behind. Even when I place an order online to be ready at 1pm. It's 10 mins late. Even when I place the order hours in advance. When you have all day, it's no big deal, but when you have a short lunch break, it is.

I haven't had Deli Delicious in quite some time from this location and now I know why....I received my order from Door Dash and it was HORRIBLE!!!! The bread was incredibly stale, the taste was that of old stale bread and the ham was old....that's the only way I can describe it, like it has been sitting in the case for a very long time....back to Jersey Mike's I go....

I live next door cross street. I order Chipotle chicken hot sandwich. After 20min they give me cold turkey sandwich I went back again 15min the stupid guy he give me cold sandwich 2wice waste time ,I have to through they whole 20 dollars. I went out from house through my money come back .please stop wasting time and money they don't know what's the value of food and time.

staff gave my order to the wrong person so they had to remake it. accidents happen which i understand but i realized they messed up my order regarding the bread, otherwise it tasted fine. fries were soggy, the au jus sauce wasn't very warm. the customer service wasn't really that great either unfortunately and i was given the wrong receipt—but at least they printed a new one. this place has really gone downhill over the years, the quality of both food and service was way better than this. i'd suggest going to another deli delicious if you can

Took my wife in for lunch. The boy at the counter was either hard of hearing or not paying attention. I had to repeat part of the order and tell him twice that they were combos. I gave him my name, he asked for it again. I told him louder and he got an attitude. Crumpled my receipt before I told him if I wanted it,slammed the change drawer and made a comment under his breath. He accused me of yelling at him. I asked for our money back which he got angry about. Dark curley haired kid. Needs a serious attitude adjustment.

Here now and instead of a greeting I was told there’s going to be a 15 min wait, once I ordered I was told 20 minute wait. There’s only 2 employees working and 2 people waiting in front of me which lookAnnoyed sitting here. Instead of rushing on orders the employees are talking and moving slowly. Came to this location since it’s close to home, first and last time here. Like many others, I rather travel a little distance to get better customer service.

Ordered a tri-tip steak sandwich and a roast beef mushroom sandwich on dutch crunch. First of all it was suppose to be hot. When I got home it was cold, the mushroom was not even warmed. The mushrooms looked like it came straight out of a can a put on the sandwich. The bread was stale and not crunchy. I have eaten from Deli Delicious in Clovis various times but the one on Blythe and Ashlan was just nasty. We ended giving the meat to our dogs. Not worth coming to this place again.
