Ordering online you will not get your food at its expected time. I’ve ordered on two separate occasions online for my 30 minute lunch. First time I was told my the worker that my “pick up” time is the time they are expected to start the order; I received my food 25 mins late when I had ordered an hour prior. No other customers inside and the workers have no sense of urgency or care towards the customers and their orders and are more than likely just standing and talking....read full review
Horrible service 2/3 orders were incorrect. I ordered in store the grilled chicken salad usually comes with all the fixings (tomato avocado cucumber pickles onions). Literally got lettuce and chicken that looks 2 days old. I asked to add bacon paid for bacon and got NO BACON. They closed at 6 and I was there at 5:15 it just seemed like the employees didn't care and were annoyed to do their jobs. Will not be returning unfortunately. The fries were not cooked and completely soggy.
