They gave me a dirty cup, overcooked fries that had to be swapped out for our burger, and we had to wait ten minutes to be seated like we weren't even there. The only thing that went well was our waitress; the rest of the staff was so unprofessional that I wouldn't waste my money eating there again.

The staff and the interior restaurant deserve more stars but the location hurts my opinion of the restaurant in general due to the amount of homeless and the type of people I see walking and hanging around the parkinglot of this location. It's not so much Denny's or there employees fault and I wouldn't recommend them to be responsible for maintaining what goes on outside the buisness as much as I would blame the police and the City counsel members for lacking and not doing more to make the area look and feel safer. There's no money to be made for them running the loiters off so they don't care !
Updating my review. Still empty, still has issues, but at least the waitress was awesome this visit.

Terrible service from the waitress (with red hair), more than 15 minutes and she didn't even take the drink order, there is no customer service, plus I felt disrespected, I won't come back and don't come to this place. ??

I came in had a warm cup of coffee.and a apple crisp it took me to a happy place back home it was so good how my grandma once made it was so yummy the server Maggie was so friendly she had the best personality she so sweet fast and friendly I will be definitely coming back food restraunt has clean restrooms and just a nice atmosphere dennys on parkway is a go to place ☺️
