Tracking didn’t work and took an hour and half to get my pizza order delivered. Called and even the business couldn’t track the driver. Pizza was delivered COLD!

The lady at 10 40 am on the 29th was very rude and unprofessional. Called couple times the phone wouldn't connect she had attitude 😒 and hung up on me after the order was canceled. Don't use the online ordering info gets messed up often. She needs to learn to be kinder.
Everyone in this place needs to get fired including the managers/supervisor. How do you let customers walk in there to pick up an order that's "READY" wait for 10 minutes without acknowledging that they are even there. Not even a "I'll be right there" just complete silence. The workers see the customers they just won't bother to come and help them. One customer even hollered at one of the workers to still no acknowledgement. After like 10 minutes an old man supposedly the supervisor would finally come up to the front and gave out the now cold orders of 4 angry waiting customers in less than a few minutes. This is not how a business should be run. The employees here obviously doesn't care for customer service and they are only there for a paycheck. Hire some new employees and train them the right way.
