As a result, I’ve had to call in my orders directly. Well I ordered a hand tossed pineapple pizza and this is what I got. This is the ugliest pizza I’ve ever seen. Sad cause I’ve ordered here before and this is really bad. I question if anyone is conducting quality checks as stated on the app. This must pass dominos quality check.

I can't blame them for the homeless ppl behind the building, after all it is fresno. The stuffed crust was good the regular crust with pepperoni sausage and mushrooms was horrible..

The girl with the the blond-ish hair, glasses and a bun that helped me on may 1st at 10:37 pm wonderful customer service also had my food out fast and hot!!!

I ordered over the phone, when I got there I had to tell the cashier I had an order for pick up (because he didn’t ask he was just standing there) the kid hands me my pizza and I told him I was missing my ranch and jalapeños. So he tossed me my ranch then goes to the back to get my jalapeños. As I watch him walk away to where the toppings are, this kid sticks his entire hand in the jalapeño container and grabs the jalapeños bare hand no glove or no tongs and puts them in a plastic container. I immediately told him “NO THaNK YOU” and left the pizza and walked out. I took a breather and went back to talk to the manger (I didn’t ask for my money back) I told her that I was disgusted by what happened and they need to be better with being sanitary and all she could say was…. “We don’t wear gloves when we make the pizza and we wash our hands”. Like ya I get that but this isn’t baked food this is fresh jalapeños that he touched with his bare hands…. Washed or not his nails still have germs and I didn’t see him wash his hands as he went straight to the back from the register. Then realizing the location I was in disgusted me even more…..

This is the worst pizza I’ve had in my life, there was 2 pieces of sausage and a little bit of veggies and that was a combination, also I woke up throwing up and it was all pizza, when I arrived the entire place looks horrible and run down outside it’s not taken care of, I even thought it was abandoned, it’s drive through only so I don’t even want to imagine what the inside of this place looks like, I love dominos but I will never step foot at this one again
