Sammy helped me so much and made my experience 10/10. This is my second time coming back just for her! She is very experienced, helpful, kind, and has great customer service.

Dutch Bros Coffee on Nees is a new location with a drive-thru. The experience can vary. The line in the drive-thru sometimes moves quickly, with kind and happy workers giving recommendations and offering good day wishes. Service can be great, with employees described as very nice and welcoming. However, at other times, the drive-thru line moves slowly, and customers have noted seeing multiple employees standing together while one person makes drinks, which can cause delays.
For mobile order pick up, there is no dedicated section, so customers must wait in the line even just to collect their order. Some feel stuck in the drive-thru line with no way out after receiving their drinks early. The drinks themselves receive mixed reviews. Some are found to be super yummy and scrumdiddlyumptious, with specific items like a small truffle mocha latte and an Orange Cranberry Muffin Top being called great. Yet, other drinks, especially the iced coffee, are often described as not very flavorful, watered down, or tasting like milky, dirty water. Consistency is an issue, but the occasional amazing drink keeps customers coming back. The location is highly recommended by some for its great service, drink, and muffin top.
