El Agave is a consistently excellent taco truck. The menu is expansive, the staff are super friendly, and they'll walk your order out to your car if you're getting it to-go. There are a ton of trucks out on this side of town and so it can be hard to decide where to go. I like El Agave because the portions are generous and the tacos are served at a near-gourmet caliber. El Agave keeps me coming back for more! Food is great but the staff is even better. I see they have been putting up some infrastructure: lighting, seating and plants around the food truck. Once had a worker deliver to my car in the pouring rain and mud. Can't go wrong with a steak quesadilla!

First and foremost, the girl who helped us was AMAZING!!! Very friendly and helpful. Haven't had customer service like that in idk how long. Just moved to Fresno and was in search of a good taco truck. EL Agave is officially my go to. Food was delicious and the portions and prices were perfect. We can't wait to go back.
