This place is amazing. The food is incredible. I loved the Salvadoran tamales. I love that curtido. it was all amazing. I will definitely be back soon!!! also way better than that other place on north side.
I want to start off with the food is honestly like 4.5 stars. My grandma is Salvadorian but raised her kids in Guatemala. I grew up eating pupusas, chuchus, platanos Fritos etc... Most of my life. Huevos estrallados, frijoles negros, piece of cheese and platanos with a fresh bollio was my weekend breakfast. We got popusas the ones with chicharrón, frijoles y queso. They were good , but they were not cooked all the way. I could taste the masa. And well it is what it is. I will go again and this Time maybe ask for them to be well done. The place can use a little bit of maintenance, they could clean it at least.
