My food was honestly really dry as well as the service. We weren’t even given utensils and had to wait to eat to get them. When we asked for an additional item we were given a lot of disrespect.

I went by myself and was promptly seated at a booth. I ordered a $6 egg cheese & ham omelette with a side of pancakes. The server was attentive, the food was served relatively fast and it was both filling & good. I like the location because it's in an area near businesses (medical, hospital and hotels) with few to no homeless.

The food wasn't great the cheese tasted like poor quality processed cheese. Being that the food is EXTREAMLY expensive you would think they would use quality. Staff was ok but seems like management is under staffing the servers. Server forgot my pancakes and when pointed out the mistake she tried to fix it but I left not happy they did not feel like the manager was fair with the adjustment I was over charged. I understand why they close a lot of ihops they have crappy management. I know giving IHOP a second chance was a HUGE MISTAKE I remember why I don't ever go in. Crappy EXPENSIVE, poor quality food and TERRIBLE SERVICE.

We went at night, since it was the only place we had close to have dinner, when we arrived in Fresno. The service was good, but delayed despite the few diners. Obviously there was a lack of personnel.
Food was excellent, coffee was hot and not strong.

Worst experience. Waited one hour at our table for our food. They're ordering system went down so that was part of the problem. They should be able to handle a shut down a little more gracefully. Quality of the food was questionable. Omelette looked messier than my 12-year-old could have made. All the pancakes split in half and a large hole left by the ball of butter. Taste was okay. Only highlight was the friendliness of our server. Two star service grade is for the time it took.

on 1/24/24 at 6:45am it. Took the lady 15 minutes to take our order. She was very adamant about the $6 deal being $7 and it starting at 7AM.. not 6:54… so we a la carted 2 pancakes, 6 bacon strips, and two scrambled eggs which- we originally wanted sunny side up well done - but she was again very rude about how they don’t turn the eggs and that “they don’t go together” so we just asked for scrambled eggs cause we had work and were in a bit of a rush. The food was ok. Took 15 minutes for them to make and when we walked up to pay she charged me $34 for what had ordered and when I saw that she charged me for a chocolate milk I didn’t get she said “I can’t take that transaction back” and handed me $4. Still $30 for the amount of food we ordered is wild, and the service and ruckus we heard in the back was a mood killer. I could hear the workers in the back arguing about orders and it just sounded so messy back there. Will NOT be going back.

When you have to ask the waitress to clean the table becuase there is syrup and hashbrowns left on it and she says "I cleaned it..." so you have to show it to her by pointing ... you you are not in a good place
