Food is always really good, I recommend the Spicy Teriyaki Dry Pot as it resembles a spicy ramen bowl with sea food and vegetable options. The loaded gyozas are specifically my favorite as these are so good. Seating feels really private as the booths have walls separating them and the noise level is moderate even when the restaurant is full

The restaurant is always half empty with a 1-2 hour wait time.

We came on a weekday around 2:30. Our table was ready at 2:50. We got seated around 2:55. We had to get our server at 3:10 because no one was coming to our table. The hostess took our order and was very patient and lovely. The food took 30 minutes to be served. The sides took another 10 to come after we asked for it because it didn’t come with the food. The hostess served us mostly and the server was barely there. The food is ok, low key mid. Come if you have lots of time to wait around.

J Pot is a fun spot if you’re craving hot pot but want something a little more individual. When you order a hot pot here, it’s served as a single portion, not the large, shared pot with continuously boiling broth like you see on YouTube. You can share, but it’s really meant for one person.
The broth and ingredients all come together in the same pot (nothing served separately), and there’s already ramen at the bottom, which is a nice touch. The sauce bar is definitely a highlight, lots of options to mix your own dipping sauce and they even offer fresh fruits on the side.
They also have appetizers, meats, and seafood you can order separately if you want to add more variety. Overall, it’s a nice, clean setup with good portions and an easygoing vibe — just know the style is more individual hot pot, not the classic communal one.

It’s a great place for celebrations and just a nice night out. Food is great, and there is a lot to choose from. Service is also great, they are very attentive even when its busy. Our server today, Alejandro, was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Its such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Definitely check it out when shopping in Riverpark.

J-pot was an incredible dining experience for me and my friends! We came in and they had a 10 minute wait for us (not bad at all considering how many people were in line) and they worked really fast! We got boba and Dominic at the stand was very kind and told us his favorite drinks and they were delicious! We were then sat down and Alejandro our server was thorough and helped us find what we thought was going to taste the best! The food came out way faster than we imagined and it was all so delicious! The customer service here is incredible and I felt great leaving a tip for my server. 10/10 would come back here again.

We were seated, nice front person. Waitress took a while to get our drink order, we ordered the second she came. Our food was around an hours wait. The party next to us got there food within 15 mins from ordering. If I asked for something the waitress would take awhile getting it to us. We had no spoons but our jpots sat at the table. We asked them to turn the fans on outside so the flies wouldn’t bother us, waitress said she would ask but they never turned them on. We left after paying our bill.

I was at work on a hot summer day waiting for one my consumer's transportation to come pick up and the J pot offered us to sit in the shade and gave us nice ice cold water. Very friendly and accommodating

The food itself is okay, but very expensive for what you get. Expect to pay $23+ for hot pot. We did the happy hour and our skewers were cold and the potatoes weren’t crisp. This is the second time we have been here and it was disappointing.

Placed an order last night on Doordash and one of them was the Cali Tasty Dry Pot. Once I received the delivery, I noticed the Cali Tasty Dry Pot was missing and all I had was some plain stir fry noodle. I then reported it missing and placed another order for the Cali Tasty Dry Pot. I thought it was just a simple mistake so I should get what I ordered right? Well not tonight because the SECOND time I got the same PLAIN STIR FRY NOODLE which clearly does not look like the Cali Tasty Dry Pot. I am not sure how you guys can mix up the two but damn.
