Went here for the first time with my mom, and was a little nervous. The second we walked in we were greeted nicely and sat immediately!! Our waitress, Audrey, came really fast and was super nice. She asked if it was my first time here, and proceeded to explain the menu to me with ease. We then got out appetizer which was wings and they were AMAZING!! Then came the actual food and I was shocked. I loved everything about the food and the place. Definitely a 10/10, would come back again!!!

The food is unique for the area and tastes amazing, but if you dont go mid day on a week day then prepare for bad service. Because we enjoy the food so much, my girlfriend and I have been coming here atleast twice a month for over a year now. It has become consistent that if we come anytime Friday night-Sunday night that we can expect to only see our server once or twice the entire time we are there. We end up getting our pot and waiting another 20 minutes for bowls to eat the food served while it boils over in front of us. The good news is if you are free on the week days when it is not so busy the service is exceptional. For being such a highly rated restaurant they cannot seem to handle the typical busy weekend day ever.

One of the better hot pot places we have been to in the US. The sauce selection seems limited but not restricted, our server was very attentive and helpful. You don't cook your own meat it comes in pre-mixed, which takes away from the actual hot pot experience but the flavors are great and I would definitely visit again, if we find ourselves back in Fresno. Bubble tea place inside the restaurant was amazing! I did not have a diluted bubble tea and had all the flavors you'd expect in it.
Came on a Saturday lunch, the bismo pot is the best seafood hotpot I ever had, extremely tasty

The service is quick, hostesses and servers are friendly, and the food is good here (specifically the hot pot items). They also have a special of one $5 drink per hot pot order (usually >$7/drink). The fruit teas are good but the sea salt coffee didn't have a strong enough coffee flavor for me; it was too sweet for my taste and I had ordered it with 50% sweetness.
Parking: Parking is difficult on weekends and week nights since River Park has so many other restaurants and stores close together.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs and a diaper changing table are available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Level entrance into restaurant.

This place is the best! I love coming here once in a great while to get the teriyaki dry pot with the beef also to get the strawberry mojito tea with popping boba! If you have tried this place, you definitely need to.
