I don't have the best experience with this shop. One time I ordered a Panda milk tea, which I had before in this same location and had a good sweetness to it, but when I ordered it again it was very bitter and flavourless. I also ordered one of their taro smoothie with the pudding and it did not taste like taro at all. Sometimes their drinks are good and have flavour, but other times it doesn't, so I don't really want to risk coming anymore. I really like their Ceylon milk tea...read full review

This spot is a must after eating at jpot or if you're just wanting some sweets and boba . We tried a couple of their drinks the first time we came (strawberry matcha and taro milk tea) and the second time we had their acocado milk frosting , so good and definitely my fave from there so far .

I love coming to this place! They are the quickest to make my drink. They always make it on point. This place is inside the Mini J-Pot. Customer from the J-Pot order drinks from here. So, you can enjoy a Bobba or a tea from them atThe same time you enjoy your food. The ambiance is casual but you can make it fancy!! They have seating outside too. Very convenient. Highly recommend.
