I was at work on a hot summer day waiting for one my consumer's transportation to come pick up and the J pot offered us to sit in the shade and gave us nice ice cold water. Very friendly and accommodating
The food itself is okay, but very expensive for what you get. Expect to pay $23+ for hot pot. We did the happy hour and our skewers were cold and the potatoes weren’t crisp. This is the second time we have been here and it was disappointing.
My boyfriend and I had our first visit to J-pot, and I have to say, our server Brandon was fantastic—definitely a 10 out of 10! He was super polite and very helpful, answering all our questions and giving us the best recommendations. The food was delicious and truly exceptional! A big thank you to Brandon and the cooks for making our experience so wonderful!
