Ordered online at noon , food was supposed to be ready by 210 and I showed up at 1210 . Waited another 23 minutes until I received my food meanwhile multiple customers walked up and ordered at the counter and go their food before me , when I made a comment about my food to the manager they said want a refund but I'll take the food , this was 23 min after I waited and my lunch was over . She was not sorry at all and still gave attitude to me , you lost a customer . Online oder is a waist of time .

Not good—got my food and checked the bag…nothing was right inside. Listen girls! Took the food back and they argued with me saying I was wrong. Refused to give me the CORRECT order and didn’t get my money back! This store sucks. Crew needs to be retrained or maybe, listen to their costumers or find a new job.

Ordered a STRAWBERRY red bull drink and the employee at the window gave us the wrong flavor when we told her it was the wrong one she proceeded to laugh and argue with us saying we told her berry and all the girls heard berry and if we wanted to change it she’d charge us. I was sitting in the passenger seat and heard my mom clearly say STRAWberry very rude employee if u don’t enjoy ur job shouldn’t be working there :) Nice manager tho she changed the drink for free

They were closed on Sunday morning 1/26/25 with a car show next door who does that? Will stop driving that far I will go to Fowler.
Stopped for breakfast at 8:20 am and was told they were closed, didn't open for 20 minutes. The hours showed open at 5:00 and the OPEN sign was blinking but I couldn't order.

Ordered the Sourdough Jack and it wasn’t good. Don't know why they don't grill the bread anymore. Its soggy now! Jack stop trying to come up with new burgers and fix the one's you have on the menu. Thats why your sales are dropping!
