Ordered a STRAWBERRY red bull drink and the employee at the window gave us the wrong flavor when we told her it was the wrong one she proceeded to laugh and argue with us saying we told her berry and all the girls heard berry and if we wanted to change it she’d charge us. I was sitting in the passenger seat and heard my mom clearly say STRAWberry very rude employee if u don’t enjoy ur job shouldn’t be working there :) Nice manager tho she changed the drink for free

Stopped for breakfast at 8:20 am and was told they were closed, didn't open for 20 minutes. The hours showed open at 5:00 and the OPEN sign was blinking but I couldn't order.

Update your online times. Drove there said it was open, and no one is working but lights are on. Better management please. Have an amazing Sunday.

Ordered the Sourdough Jack and it wasn’t good. Don't know why they don't grill the bread anymore. Its soggy now! Jack stop trying to come up with new burgers and fix the one's you have on the menu. Thats why your sales are dropping!

Been going since I was little still my favorite place
Francheska and Vianca are the dream team. Ive come here a few times and have had poor service before. They were quick to fix any issues and concerns. Amazing service. Definitely recommend coming here monday-thrusday night.
