Tried their food the other day at the Fresno eats at river park. I was disappointed. The quesobirra was very small and at 4 dollars a taco I figured they would be normal sized at least. They used bagged lettuce if you know the taste of that then you know that it throws off the taste of the food. I think with a bit more effort their food can be good. They seemed like nice people, but the food was lacking.
Can this really be one of those places I've enjoyed for years and never left a review?? Well, TL:DR or whatever: go get this delicious food.I first came across their food truck years ago when they used to park outside Ooooby in the industrial area of south downtown (yeah, YEARS ago). We'd get 12 asada and carnitas tacos they sold for 99 cents. So good. The food truck can now be found all over town at various events, you can seriously catch them throughout the week. First time coming here for a breakfast burrito, and it was pretty good. Only downside is it didnt have bacon...i watched as the other orders were coming out, real homemade tortillas on the spot, everything looked real good, definately coming back to try a full
