Great food
I just had some of the best birria tacos I’ve had in Fresno, hands down. The tortillas are made fresh with every single order — you can taste the difference immediately. They’re soft, and hold up perfectly to the rich, flavorful consomé-dipped meat.

Tried the tacos(asada,tripas,al pastor,lengua and birria.all were delicious and the meat was really tender and seasoned well(except for the tripas which I got extra crispy)

Taqueria El Jalisciense offers delicious Mexican cuisine, with homemade tortillas and a variety of tasty options. The breakfast burrito is a popular choice, and the beef birria is delicious, with very soft tortillas. The carne asada burrito, with green sauce, lemon and pepper, is the best in years, featuring fresh onions, cabbage, cilantro, rice, and asada. The asada tacos are also delicious. The green sauce is quite possibly the best, and chile verde is a favorite. While the food is delicious, some customers found the service to be not good, with staff seeming to do many things at once and leaving customers on pause. Drinks are sometimes given only after being asked for again. The girl taking orders was very friendly.
