The jack in the box on 2195 W. Shaw ave. Fresno has a manager that needs to be fired.The disrespect and attitude I recieved from the manager at this location is unacceptable. Threatening to "beat the piss out of" me 🤨. Acting racist, rude and enjoying belittling a customer over a simple fix like redoing an order of a burger with meat in it. We go there all the time but today was the worse we went Through the drive-through window we had to go and park to wait for food when we got our food drove home took about three minutes to get home tacos are ice cold the fries are cold and The hamburger bun was hard why did I have to wait for my food why other cars got their food through the drive-through and they were in and out and I was still waiting for my food and then it was gross
I loved the food. It tasted very good, I love jack in the box!
