It was kind of cool in the store and the food is sometimes great, fine, but this time was awful! They took at least ten minutes and it tastes like depressed milk. I find any way to enjoy Jamba but this just taste horrible. I know I sound like a karen but it taste horrible.

I ordered Jamba about 3 to 5 times a week! I love the staff here. I pre-order on the app.. everytime my order is ready by the time I get there!! My drinks, bowls, or snacks are always spot on!

I had a less than favorable experience at Jamba, because there were ants EVERYWHERE! After speaking to the sweet worker Alicia, she assured me that she had been trying all morning to do her best to make sure there were no ants near the smoothies. Obviously this is not her fault, but I can’t believe management would just expect a team member to deal with this problem when it’s clearly their responsibility!
