night/closing employees are lazy and decide to say they “ran out” of food when they don’t feel like making more. placed an order an hour before closing then went in to pick it up, to be told they were “out” of mashed potatoes. offering to replace it with corn… really? then tried to say they were closing soon. I placed the order at 9, just say you’re lazy instead of making excuses. Then they couldn’t even refund it and lied and said I could refund it on the app. 100% not true, I had to call the 1-800 number for KFC.

I drive from Herndon and Willow in Clovis to Dakota and West in Fresno to order my KFC because this location is the best in either town.I have ordered KFC from 4 other locations, and this location is the gold standard for food quality. The chicken is always perfectly cooked, and the biscuits are always soft and fluffy. Never dried out. The corn is great, too.I just tried the new applepoppers. They are also very good.The staff is friendly and very polite.

I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal. I only received 2 pieces of chicken. I get that mistakes happen. However, when i tried to call the store to let them know, the phone went straight to a voicemail that hadn't been set up. Now that is unacceptable and totally on the management there. I'm very disappointed.

This was the worst kfc experience I’ve ever been in??? They got our order wrong TWICE. The cashier kept making excuses saying “ oh i heard that you wanted the taste of kfc meal”we got the FILL UP BOX!! That doesn’t even sound remotely the same. And he was also giving excuses to other customers.We were there for well over an Hour waiting for a PREMADE BOX. they also forgot our fries and our fourth piece of chicken was about two inches long.

This KFC at west/dakota is the worst place ever. The chicken is so nasty dried up, refried, the cornbread muffins were so hard on the bottom you couldn’t eat them. The French fries were hard and cold. The chicken nuggets were dried and gross ?. This is the food they serve 90% of the time. Buyer beware!

Bad service and literally rotten food! Cashier was rushed and preoccupied, I asked if she had given me utensils and she said she had. Yea, ONE! One spork for me to eat my chicken pot pie and I guess gotta use the same one for my friend to eat her mashed taters!!! I am so sick of you KFC, no matter which location I go to, YOU SUCK!!!
