I've gone to this KFC a few times throughout the past two years and my experience has always been pleasant. I was even here last week. I never order inside of a fast food restaurant, I only use the drive-through. Each time I order from this KFC the food is delicious and the customer service is professional. I gave this review 5 Stars for the Food but only 4 Stars for the Service because my orders are sometimes missing one utensil.

Went through drive thru, the attendant asked if I wanted whatever their special is. I said no, I'm sorry you had to say all that and before I could say I just wanted a 2 piece her mood instantly changed and she was rude as hell.
Really!!?? Attitude because I said "no I'm sorry you had to say all that". This KFC doesn't get enough business for the workers to be getting offended over someone trying to apologize for wanting something simple.
Will absolutely never go back, there are enough KFC's in Fresno that I don't have e to deal with rude customer service.

Don't get me wrong I Love KFC. But this has happened 2 me @ various KFC site's in the Fresno area
Something I paid extra 4 is left out, sure I should check my order in the parking lot B 4 driving away. But come on I paid 4 my order, IT SHOULD B ALL THERE. Again this has happened 2 me @ different KFC in the Fresno area.
From now on I'm checking my order in the parking lot

It's my 1st time eating fried chicken from KFC in Fresno, it taste so good and delicious, it's the best, but it takes 20 minutes to be ready and it's really annoying.

Get your chicken somewhere else. Poor quality chicken only outdone by atrociously bad service. I’ve included a picture of a “chicken thigh” that looks more like a chicken nugget. Every thigh in my 14 piece was tiny like from a Cornish game hen. To top it off they forgot an order of mashed potatoes and it required me to repeatedly guide the counter guy through the receipt to show him his error. When I finally got the “large” taters the container was 1/4 full. I guess that’s what I get for showing the crew member how to do his job. We’ve all done this kind of work (probably for less money), the crew member was an absolute knob. There are too many other much better options in this big city so don’t waste your money here.

Went for lunch. Arrived at 12:16. Finally got to order at 12:27 after waiting in line for a lady to count her change for lunch. Which I’m not mad about. What’s did it was waiting until 12:50 to get my food. Then having to eat on my way back to work throwing most of my lunch away. They staff was very slow. The cashier/cook/bagger only had one working hand making it hard for him to do anything fast because of the cast on his hand. Not even mad about that. What I am mad at is at noon being lunch hour it should not take this long to get your lunch. Priority is given to food apps and the drive thru. They totally disregard the customer actually standing in the lobby. I sent an email to corporate only to get a generic response saying We’re sorry give us another chance. Why are you actually going to try and fix it? Or would I get the same treatment? It’s not worth it.
