This was such a nice surprise on my road trip. I'm a coffee snob and didn't expect much. I was suspect of the TV menus, serif fonts and the young baristas, but they made amazing cappuccinos (8oz). Some of the best I've had the last two weeks from about 20 different coffee shops.

Had the Guatemala pour over and some avocado toast. Both were great. Plenty of options for seating and it was a nice spot to stop in for a couple of hours, escape the heat, and get some work done.

A very relaxing atmosphere, employees were super kind and professional. Food was amazing, just the right amount of sweetness, and everything was fresh. And the prices are honestly not bad at all, it's definitely worth it.

Seriously the BEST CUP OF COFFEE in Fresno! This is a local chain and they have fantastic coffee and customer service! We’ve enjoyed the Kuppa Joy and an Oat Milk Latte every day we’ve been in town. They also have breakfast nibbles, bagels, croissants and treats. HIGHLY RECOMMEND when you’re in Fresno. They have multiple locations in the area but they all have a local feel. Lots of folks in here on laptops studying or working and enjoying both the vibe and AC.

Disappointing Experience with In-House Barista
I visited this café two days in a row, hoping for a quality coffee experience, but unfortunately, both visits were disappointing.
On the first day, a staff member prepared a pour-over using 21g of coffee and 300g of water, yet it took over 5 minutes to brew — far longer than expected. On the second attempt, it took more than 6 minutes. The coffee was served lukewarm, and the flavor was extremely weak, almost like water. I ordered two cups back-to-back, hoping the second would be better, but it wasn’t.
I returned the next day to speak with a manager or supervisor. However, it seemed they sent someone who was neither — just a staff member filling in. After I pointed out the brewing issues, they offered to remake the drinks.
For the espresso, they used a light roast but didn’t adjust the grind size accordingly. The result was a thin, flavorless espresso with no crema. I then requested a medium roast shot, which finally met a basic espresso standard.
As for the pour-over, it again arrived too cool, and as it cooled further, it became bitter and unpleasant. Overall, the lack of attention to technique and basic coffee standards was disappointing — especially from a place that seems to pride itself on specialty coffee.
Good coffee and dining
Great service
Excellent quality through the entire experience. My wife had a decaf latte that was so good we ended up buying a 5lb bag of the beans. I had a regular latte, a pour over, and a siphon. All were amazing. The blackberry scone, fantastic as well. Don was a wonderful host and really knew his stuff. I saved this shop to my Google maps so I could come again.
