Always long lines, even if I use drive through, then you are always asked to park, then when your order finally comes, there's no napkins, ketchup... and sometimes order is wrong or missing a item.

I no longer eat but will get sweet tea & moca frappe at McDonald's, but my sister and her son wanted food, and I do drive thru McDonald's for their sweet tea. They said the food chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and fries were good. We were traveling from Fresno to Visalia. Found it by accident and wasn't clear enough from Google maps. I do admit I was driving around and got off the 99 frw seeing other fast food places. Maps listed the McDonald's behind us, then directing me to turn before needed, but my sister saw it almost 2 blocks away. Thank you,

The young people who take the orders and hand out the food are really nice and approachable. I don’t know what it is about this specific location but when I order hotcakes I get the food without any of the butter, syrup, or utensils. I ordered 4 hash browns and I only got two. I was busy and didn’t call about them. I was told that since I never called they couldn’t verify it. I ordered using the app that shows what I ordered. Someone could just as easily lie on the phone and say they never got their hash browns. It’s like $4 for 2 hash browns. I don’t care about the $4 but it’s the principle of the idea that I paid money and I did NOT get what I paid for. The manager said, I can’t do anything since it happened when I wasn’t here. Like just refund me me $4 or grab 2 hash browns and throw it in the bag! This happens often! I’ll be missing a sandwich, I’ll be missing an apple juice, I’ll be missing fries. It’s heavy in this location. What’s the point of your management if they aren’t giving us what we pay for? I might have to start going to the one on blackstone. I hate looking through the bag before I leave because it makes it seem like I don’t trust staff to properly serve me, but from now on I will recommend that every one who goes there stops, looks in the bag then drives off. I will be doing that at every McDonald’s from now on. This is getting ridiculous.

I went to the drive-thru, there was no line. I ordered a simple fish meal, and I was told to pull around and wait and the appropriate spot. It took me almost 15 minutes to get my order and I was the only car in line. Food was okay but everything else was mediocre at best.

It was 12 midnight I love fresh nuggets and fries 🍟 a Mac double a large ice sweet tea McDonald's has the best tea I really really mean it fries and breakfast yummy 😋🤤
They are too busy to take orders. Stood there for 15 mins waiting for them to acknowledge me and take my order. Not one person tried or did anything. This happened three times already. I'm definitely trying other places now.

I honestly don’t know why I continue to come to this location, I rarely come here for lunch since I work downtown and every single time doesn’t matter what time I come, the drive thru orders are always placed outside for wait. My lunch is only 30 minutes and it’s honestly ridiculous having to wait every single time even if they aren’t busy. I don’t think I’ll be coming to this location anymore.
