Ordered take out from the front counter. I got a BigMac and a Holiday Pie.
No Holiday Pie, so they gave me an old Apple Pie instead. At least my BigMac came out exactly how I ordered it.
The Dining area of this McDonald’s is littered with homeless people. Practically camped out in there. They keep their restrooms locked I accept for good reason because of the homeless. But, Can’t even use their restroom or at least wash your hands. When you ask to get access to the restrooms the employees there just dismiss you like you’re not a customer. The atmosphere is horrible. Horrible as when you first walk in, you have second thoughts about if you should even order food or dine in.

Ordered curbside pick up. Ordered 2 double cheese burger no pickle no salt. Received 2 mcdoubles with no onions. Took it back in for them to remake. All they did was add a new slice of cheese and added a whole bunch on onions in the burger. The cheese didn't even melt. The buns were smashed down. My wife had to go back in and ask them to remake it fresh. 1 burger was right and the other had mustard on the outside of the bun. Really messy. She took that one back, and asked them to remake it. She came back with the burger finally right, but the burger patty was burned and dried out. Ended up throwing it away. Waste of time and money. They should train their workers better.

I ordered 2 drinks , a sweet tea no ice and a diet coke. The manager (i assume cause she had a blue dress shirt on) is handing out food at the second window. When I pull up shes talking on her cell phone trying to hand me a sweet tea full of ice. I let her know its wrong and she fixes it then walks away... im still waiting for my other drink and then she comes back to the windows and rudely says did you need something. Yes, my diet coke!? Which was sitting right on the counter right in front of her before she walked away. Service was terrible especially coming from a manger.

It sucks here I had to wait 20 mins. for the person that works the front to come back from his break, l kept asking for help and the employees ignore you, then they messed up my order. Then they give you a crappy receipt that you can't do the survey or put it in for your rewards on your app. If they're going to do all this crap they should just do drive-thru!! I would not recommend to come in to the restaurant at all!!! Very bad service!!

I placed an order on the app for breakfast and was waiting for 10+ minutes to check in. I was literally at the drive thru mic waiting to check in. I saw the menu change from breakfast to lunch. Then when I was finally able to check in I was told they couldn’t take my order because I didn’t check in on time which made no sense to me at all. Was literally told that they were going to issue a refund on there end. So you can issue me a refund on your system but you can’t make my 2 item order 😂🤦‍♂️. Not to mention my card was already charged. If I would’ve had a big order I would’ve understood but it was literally two items. Not to mention there were only two cars at the drive thru. Workers get paid $20 an hour and don’t know how to act now. If they’re managers they probably make more. I was told I’d get a refund, but I wouldn’t even be surprised I don’t get a refund. Only $6, but that $6 could’ve gone towards something else.

I never leave bad reviews and I’m usually pretty reasonable however this was just ridiculous.

My complaint is specifically for one manager, who yelled at my daughter (12) because she went back inside to ask for ketchup, the manager an Indian lady who had gave us our food & drinks at the window, comes out yelling at my daughter & not wanting to give her ketchup, another employee stepped in apologized to my daughter & was about to give her ketchups, then the manager yelled at the employee. Another customer that was eating said to the manager, she just wants ketchup & finally gave her the ketchup but my daughter came out crying, when I went back inside to address that manager (the Indian lady) another manager came out to apologize on her behalf & to my daughter. I was so livid she couldn’t even apologize to her face herself !! Can tell at a child but cannot come out and apologize for being wrong. Because you were wrong & she is a terrible manager not wanting to give some ketchup when we ordered 3 hash brown with ketchup!! I really hope the owners take this into consideration that management is supposed to be there to help paying customers & not yell at children. I am grateful for the other manager who calmed us down & apologized to my daughter, I didn’t catch his name but he said he had kids of his own & originally from Philly I appreciate your concern. That’s what a manager is supposed to do not yell at children. I will be calling the owners of this franchise.

Never will go to this dump again McDonald's sucks. Kiosks dont work right. Place is dirty as hell in the restaurant. Theres trash on the floor.

I repeat somebody is lying to you. I don't care about that change. I never did. The problem is that someone keeps trying to interact with me a certain type of person and I don't want anything to do with them.
