The guy at the drive-thru window service is great. The hiccup comes in when you pick up your food from the second window and your order is not correct or missing items. You call the store no one ever answers.

“Can you park in the front we’re waiting on your order.” Wooow u guys are bad. I could make food faster than ya. Always being told to park in the front and the food is not as fresh as you would think. This McDonald just sucks like bad the worst one in Fresno.

Everytime I go to this McDonald's, I end up with part of my order missing. The manager is not very pleasant. She gives you attitude if you complain. I would recommend driving across town to avoid this McDonalds.

Order a breakfast steak sandwich, was given sausage sandwiches. Very disappointed give the wait. And paying for a steak sandwich.
Bought a large order total of $84.83 at 4:34pm. Was told by the drive thru lady to park because she says that she’ll bring us the food. Half a hour later, and nothing. Saw an employee, and thought he was going to check on us, but didn’t. Absolutely have no idea how they would miss such a large order. Went to ask for a full refund. Won’t be coming here again.
