I havent ate here in years but El Bajio is the "bombay"... Flavor town in ur mouth from all the delicious food they present. This place menu is huge the waitress is very attentive!!& so Nice!!! The food was fresh!!!! If you have not been here, you should!! This place won't let you down!!! Me and my sisters and I were so happy we came to this place!!! Our new favorite spot!!! I ate all my menudo!! So delicious!!!!

I haven't been here for a long time, I can here today (09-29-2023), with my family, everything was great the chips were warm, fresh and very tasty. As well as the salsa, it had a very fresh flavor and a little spice kick to it. I had here some Tacos de Asada from the lunch menu, and all of it was sooo good. Plate comes with rice and beans and two tacos. Very fresh tasting as if it were cooked with new ingredients, not like other restaurants where it's all reused from day before....read full review
